   The hot bending pipe shot blasting and rust removal operation line is capable of cleaning hot bending pipes, including certain section steel and structural parts of reasonable size, in a single pass. It effectively removes rust and scale from the surface of the workpieces, as well as welding slag from structural components. Additionally, it helps to relieve welding stress, thereby enhancing the fatigue strength of the workpieces. The process also produces a bright surface with a specific roughness, which increases the adhesion of epoxy powder or anti-corrosion coatings on the hot bending pipes (or section steel components). Ultimately, this achieves the goal of improving both the surface and internal quality of the workpieces.
