High efficiency single screw extruder
This PP/PE/PS/HIPS/AB/PVC sheet single-layer & multi-layer co-extruded production line adopts PE/PP high-efficiency single-screw extruder. The extrusion part adopts the forced water-cooling feeding section. The barrel is slotted. The power consumption of the main drive motor is greatly reduced; the large aspect ratio screw (30-38:1) , It has strong adaptability to materials and excellent plasticizing effect. It can customize specially designed screw for customers to use recycled materials and add calcium carbonate.

Extrusion head
This PP/PE/PS/HIPS/AB/PVC sheet single-layer & multi-layer co-extruded production line uses hanger-type runner structure, nitride polishing, special design, thickness adjustment operation is simple and accurate.

Three-roll calender
According to different width, vertical and inclined structures are adopted. Specially designed inner runner structure of roller ensures accurate roller temperature control and guarantes surface brightness of geomembrane and waterproof membrane. The thickness is kept over a wide range; the surface is plated with hard chrome, high strength, and long service life. An accurate mold temperature control system provides high quality assurance for sheet and board production.

Cooling bracket
