Internal & External FBE Powder Coating provides superior protection for steel pipelines. Epoxy powder, a thermosetting and non-toxic coating material, forms a high-molecular cross-linked structure after curing. This coating combines excellent chemical anti-corrosion performance with strong mechanical strength, making it ideal for steel pipeline protection.
The base layer bonds and cures firmly on the steel pipe surface, forming a continuous and dense protective layer that delivers superior adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer adhesive bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and connects tightly with the polyethylene top layer, integrating the three-layer structure into a unified and reliable protective whole.
